[More...] Prisoner Alisha Smith hanged herself in the Robert Scott Correctional Facility in Plymouth on Feb. 13, 2003. Five months earlier, the 32-year-old inmate wrote plaintively to her parents that she was being sexually harassed by guards and begged for help. "I am not doing good," Smith wrote in a Sept. 16, 2002, letter. "I am experiencing some sexual harassment from staff. I need you to please send me the internal affairs address.
