Neighbourhood watch or community harassment?

That is the question with regards to the growing phenomenon of gang stalking. At the onset it would appear to be a combination of both watching and harassment, but where neighbourhood watch works for the betterment of society, community harassment or gang stalking is used to harass, sensitise and make innocent targets have nervous break downs, or commit suicide. Why we must continue to fight.

When asked if they should run or fight the mobbing they had endured this was the answer given by a professor.
"There is no point fighting battles one is almost certain to lose"

If this were true where would the civil rights movement be? Where would woman's rights be? Every little step forth that human evolution has taken involved some fight. Facing challenges we could not overcome, till we did. Fighting battles that we were sure to lose, and did lose, till someone won. Bullying: The Daily Grind

October 24 2004 -During the holidays Marie Bentham cried as she told her family of the relentless bullying she had endured at school. It was not the first time Marie had suffered in this way and her concerned mother had already contacted the school which had followed its bullying policy and fully investigated the incidents. The bullying had not stopped. The day before school was to resume, Marie flatly refused to go back. Her mother was unsure how to deal with the situation and sent Marie to bed convinced that children must go to school.
