We are a new platform for harassment support, information and empowerment. If you are being harassed, or have been harassed, then this is the place for you. We don't want to hold your hand, we want to teach you how to stand. We want to show you how to stand up for your rights, values, and views. You have the right to live, work, play and be educated in an harassment free environment. We want to help you do just that.

Empowerment
Harassment is all about power and control. It's about one person, or a group of people being able to take power and control from another person. We want to put your personal power and control back into your hands. Harassment is a spiritual, emotional, and psychological war of wills, where you have to stay strong in order to survive and win. We are here to empower you on every level, so that you can survive and thrive through this difficult time.

Information
This site is all about providing you with information that you can use. We want to help you understand what harassment is, how the experience affects you, and what to do if you are harassed. Harassment if left to continue can have a long term devastating impact on an individual or groups mentality and psyche. We want to stop the harassment before it can take hold of you, by giving you real information you can use.

Your Experience
Harassment is all about your emotions, experience and your expectations as an individual. Everyone is different, and everyone has different standards for how they would like to be treated. It's about what you deem to be acceptable and not acceptable. If the behaviour, words, or actions, make you feel like you are being harassed then that is all the validation that you need. Do not let anyone belittle or undervalue the experience that you are going through.

Harassment101 is here to offer support. We offer support by providing a safe and open platform where you can share your story with other members of the community. Silence makes us complacent and victimised. We want to break the silence and support you by giving you a safe place to voice your experience. We have a forum where members can come together and get peer to peer resources, information and advice. Together we stand strong, safe, united and firm.
